Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in retail operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver results across multiple store formats.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Hands-on experience in store setup, visual merchandising, and customer experience management.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across all assigned stores by achieving KPIs.
• Set and monitor sales and profitability targets for stores.
• Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to maximize productivity.
• Implement and monitor company SOPs and loss prevention guidelines.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff on sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Evaluate staff performance through KPIs and regular appraisals.
• Lead employee development initiatives in coordination with HR.
• Conduct regular operations meetings to review performance.
• Collaborate with the Brand General Manager on sales forecasts.
• Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory performance.
• Participate in new store design and set-up.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and operational requirements.
