Job summary

Traders' Hub in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Relationship Manager – Forex & CFDs to acquire, manage, and grow a high-value client base in the foreign exchange and CFD markets. You will deliver exceptional service, drive trading activity, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sales in FOREX/CFD, a finance degree, and strong English with Arabic or Hindi speakers. You will network, onboard clients, resolve inquiries, and continuously learn to stay ahead of market trends.

The Relationship Manager – Forex & CFDs is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing client relationships within the foreign exchange and CFD trading business. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, driving trading activity, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

• Generating leads and expanding the client base through proactive prospecting and networking efforts
• Building & maintaining client relationships: Developed & nurtured strong client relationships by understanding their individual needs & goals. Provide personalized services, ensuring client satisfaction & loyalty. Acted as the primary point of contact, effectively addressing inquiries & concerns.
• Assisting with client onboarding: Facilitated smooth client onboarding process, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements & documentation verification. Resolve any account-related issues promptly.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, & ensuring high client satisfaction levels.
• Engaging in continuous learning & professional development to stay updated with industry trends & advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Financial Markets
