Nawy UAE is building a partner-led real estate business. As Senior Relationship Manager, you will own the commercial relationship network with developers, brokerages, mortgage providers and referral partners, turning introductions into active working partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Dubai/UAE real estate relationship management experience.
• Credibility with developers, brokerages, mortgage providers or related partners; existing UAE network preferred.
• Ability to move commercial relationships from meeting to operational.
• Strong stakeholder communication and follow-up across multiple partners.

Responsabilités

• Build and prioritize a pipeline of partners with clear decision-makers and potential.
• Lead day-to-day relationship development and account planning end-to-end.
• Coordinate commercial terms and agreement execution with leadership and Legal.
• Own partner onboarding from agreement to operational readiness.
• Maintain CRM briefs, action logs, and follow-up cadence to keep commitments visible.
• Coordinate developer inventory and data-feed activation with Product and Operations.
• Manage active accounts through performance reviews and growth plans.
• Report weekly on progress, risks, and decisions.
