Qualifications

• Three years of Dubai/UAE real estate relationship management experience.
• Credibility with developers, brokerages or mortgage providers.
• Existing UAE network preferred.
• Ability to move relationships from meeting to operating partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize a pipeline of developers, brokerages, mortgage providers and referral partners with clear decision-makers, next steps and commercial potential.
• Lead day-to-day relationship development and account planning, from outreach and meeting preparation through negotiation support and follow-up.
• Coordinate commercial terms and agreement execution with Nawy UAE leadership, Legal and Licensing, while maintaining accurate records of decisions, requirements and open actions.
• Own partner onboarding from agreement to operational readiness, including training, system access, CRM routing, response standards, escalation paths and live handoff testing.
• Maintain the stakeholder CRM, meeting briefs, action logs and follow-up cadence so commitments, blockers and dependencies remain visible and healthy.
• Coordinate developer inventory and data-feed activation with Product, Data and Operations, including freshness, completeness and issue resolution.
• Manage active accounts through regular performance reviews, feedback loops, recovery actions and relationship growth plans.
• Report weekly on progress, evidence, risks and decisions, and distinguish active partnerships from introductions or informal discussions.
