Job summary

Experts Plus Recruitment Services seeks a Senior HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the full lifecycle for UAE government roles, and to shape talent acquisition strategies for the public sector.

You will screen CVs, assess candidates, conduct structured interviews, coordinate schedules, prepare offers and contracts, ensure Emiratization compliance, and maintain Bayanati-based records. Arabic fluency is essential. Strong stakeholder management and periodic reporting to management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• At least 10 years HR experience focused on recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Experience with UAE government entities or public sector preferred
• Hands-on Bayanati HR system or government platforms experience
• Strong knowledge of government recruitment procedures and Emiratization requirements
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interviewing skills
• Fluency in Arabic

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee personnel files and documentation
• Prepare periodic HR and recruitment reports for management
