Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring top talent across departments, with fluency in English and Arabic.

You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, source candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt and other platforms, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and help build a strong employer brand in a dynamic UAE market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Bayt, or similar platforms.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to source passive candidates through networking and headhunting.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
