Job summary
Dubai Holding's real estate division is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to execute BTS projects in line with approved plans, budgets, and quality standards. You will coordinate with Development, Design, Procurement, Contracts and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include monitoring progress, critical paths, procurement schedules, design deliverables, and site productivity; reviewing contractor and consultant performance; managing changes, risks, and cost
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Extensive experience in developer-side project delivery.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate BTS and large-scale real estate projects from initiation to handover.
- Monitor schedule, cost, procurement, and site productivity against plan.
- Review contractor and consultant plans, manage risks and changes.
- Ensure QA/QC, HSE and regulatory compliance across phases.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
- Facilitate RFI/technical query resolution and design interfaces.
- Lead handover readiness, including warranties and asset data.
