Job summary

Dubai Holding Real Estate seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead BTS and large-scale mixed-use developments in Dubai. You will oversee delivery from initiation to handover, managing budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder collaboration with DHRE teams and external partners.

Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, QA/QC, HSE, and local codes is essential; PMP is preferred. The role offers a challenging environment with ample opportunities for career growth within a leading master

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, master preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned DHRE BTS projects per plan, budget and quality standards.
• Prepare and coordinate requisitions for consultants, contractors and services.
• Monitor daily progress, critical path, procurement and site productivity.
• Review plans; escalate delays or underperformance to senior management.
• Coordinate RFIs, design interfaces, and handover readiness with stakeholders.
• Track costs, cash flow, variations and forecasts against budget.
• Administer risks, changes and decisions using governance processes.
