Job summary

Dubai Holding Real Estate seeks an experienced Senior Project Delivery Lead to execute BTS projects in line with the approved plans, budget, and quality standards in Dubai. You will coordinate with Development, Design, Procurement and Contracts, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely handover.

A PMP or equivalent, 10–12 years of construction experience, and strong knowledge of UAE codes are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; master’s preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 10–12 years in construction/project delivery; 4–6 years on large real estate projects.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai regulations, and environmental and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute DHRE BTS projects per approved plan, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate requisitions and initiation with consultants, contractors, and internal functions.
• Monitor progress, critical path, procurement, design deliverables, and site productivity.
• Review contractor/consultant performance, track delays, and escalate issues.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and approvals to prevent disruption to execution and handover.
• Prepare progress, cost, risk, HSE, and close-out reports for senior management.
