Job summary

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead BTS projects in line with business plans, budgets, and quality standards. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining design integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires deep expertise in construction management, scheduling, and cost control with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field; master's degree preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10–12 years of construction and project delivery experience.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with BTS and large real estate developments.
• Strong contractor/consultant coordination and cost control.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Power BI, and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Execute DHRE BTS projects per plan, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate requisitions for consultants, contractors, enabling works, and services.
• Monitor day‑to‑day progress, critical path, procurement, and site productivity.
• Review execution plans, mitigation, recovery, and escalation of delays.
• Coordinate technical queries, RFIs, design interfaces, and constructability issues.
• Track costs, payments, variations, forecasts against budget.
• Manage risks, changes, and governance processes.
• Coordinate NOCs, permits, inspections, and handover readiness.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance, and timely NCR closures.
• Document progress, meetings, logs, dashboards, and records.
• Support DLP and project close-out activities.
• Prepare progress and cost reports for leadership.
