Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Post-Contract) to lead post-contract cost control, valuation, variations, claims and subcontract commercial administration on project sites in the UAE.

You will guide the QS function, ensure commercial compliance, and support entitlements and cost accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires 7–12 years post-contract experience, strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, and proficiency with MS Excel/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years post-contract commercial/QS experience in contracting.
• Experience in managing variations, claims and subcontract accounts.
• Middle East/GCC contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, submission, and negotiation of variations and claims.
• Conduct detailed impact analysis for cost time entitlement components.
• Review, validate and approve monthly client payment applications.
• Oversee measurement valuation and certification of subcontract works.
• Administer back-charges, provisional items, and reconciliation statements.
• Support subcontract final account closure and negotiation.

Education

BSc Quantity Surveying or BE Civil (RICS preferred but not mandatory)
