Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Sharjah invites an experienced Quantity Surveyor to prepare take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates under senior QS guidance, and assist with IPCs and subcontractor valuations.

You will support variation and claim preparation, maintain accurate measurement and cost records, and coordinate with site teams to verify quantities and progress. The ideal candidate has 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within civil contracting, a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil

Qualifications

5+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within civil contracting.
Working knowledge of BOQ preparation and valuations.
Proficiency in take-off and measurement software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Prepare take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates under senior QS guidance.
Assist with interim payment certificates (IPCs) and subcontractor valuations.
Support variation and claim preparation and tracking.
Maintain accurate measurement and cost records.
Coordinate with site teams to verify quantities and progress.
