Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the UAE seeks a Quantity Surveyor (Post-Contract) to administer client valuations, measurements and interim payments. You will support variations, prepare commercial documentation, and coordinate downstream subcontract payments while guiding junior staff.

The role requires 3–7 years post-contract QS experience in a contracting environment, with preference for GCC/Middle East exposure. Project-based site work and a full-time commitment are expected.

Qualifications

• BSc Quantity Surveying or BE Civil (required).
• 3–7 years post-contract QS/commercial experience in contracting environment.
• Exposure to client valuations and subcontract administration preferred.
• GCC/Middle East experience beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Administer client valuations and interim payments, ensuring timely revenue realization.
• Support variations and commercial claims with pricing, documentation and approvals.
• Guide Junior QS on subcontractor measurements and downstream payments.
• Maintain commercial logs, certifications, variations and claims records.
• Prepare and support commercial reporting and correspondence.
