Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead post‑contract commercial activities in Dubai. You will own IPA/IPC, monthly valuations, and final accounts, coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate progress, variations, and robust cost control.

Ideal candidates have strong post‑contract experience, proficiency with Excel and QS software, and a solid understanding of FIDIC/contract documents. UAE project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-contract experience in commercial management and contract administration.
• Ability to prepare interim payments, valuations and final accounts.
• Strong understanding of main contracts, subcontracts, and payment provisions.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage post‑contract commercial activities from award to final account.
• Prepare IPA/IPC, monthly valuations, and payment certificates.
• Maintain variation logs, claims, and commercial trackers.
• Coordinate with Project Teams for accurate progress quantities and documentation.
