Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Dubai to lead cost management across multiple projects. You will oversee pre- and post‑contract activities, prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender documents, and provide strategic cost advice while ensuring compliance with FIDIC and local regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, tendering experience, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil/MEP).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil/MEP).
• MRICS, AIQS, or an equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and procurement for multiple projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost plans at various design stages.
• Prepare BOQs, pricing schedules, and tender documentation per standard methods.
• Review tender documents and manage addenda during bidding.
• Conduct tender analysis and recommend economically advantageous bids.
• Manage contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
• Lead client and stakeholder communication on cost and contractual matters.
• Mentor Junior Quantity Surveyors and ensure deliverable quality.
• Ensure adherence to FIDIC contracts and local regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project files.
