Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the cost consultancy team and oversee end-to-end cost management across projects. The role requires strong leadership, mentorship, and extensive experience in tendering, contract administration, and value engineering.

The candidate will coordinate with Project Managers, Design Teams, and clients, ensuring compliance with FIDIC contracts and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil/MEP) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in QS or Engineering.
• MRICS/MAIQS(CQS) preferred; must be obtained within two years from joining if not already held.
• Minimum 10–15 years in related field; tendering and design & build experience.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Method of Measurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.
• Allocate project responsibilities and monitor deliverables against timelines.
• Oversee cost plans, estimates, budgets, and benchmarking exercises.
• Review tender documents, contracts, change management, and cost reports.
• Present cost status and contractual matters to clients and senior management.
