Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil /MEP) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil /MEP) preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in the related field, with proven tendering and Design & Build experience.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specs using standard methods (POMI, NRM).
• Assist in preparing BOQ and cost breakdowns for tender or cost planning.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets across project stages; analyze drawings for quantities and costs.
• Support tendering: issue documents, respond to queries, and prepare tender addenda.
• Review contractor payment applications and variations; monitor cost performance.
• Assist in contract administration under FIDIC or equivalent; maintain record of correspondences.
• Prepare final accounts with contractors and assist in project closeout.
• Coordinate with PMs, design consultants, and contractors for cost inputs and reporting.
