Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or QS is required.
• Minimum ten years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with CAD/Civil 3D quantity extraction.
• Knowledge of cost management and FIDIC.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains cost budgeting and reporting systems.
• Reviews variations, payments, and tender documents.
• Monitors project costs and mitigates financial risks.
• Prepares forecasts and cost data for management.
