Job summary

Wasael Property Management in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead pre- and post‑contract cost planning, prepare Bills of Quantities, and certify work in coordination with the Project Manager.

Responsibilities include supporting tendering and contract processes (RFIs, evaluation), preparing cash flow projections, logging payments with Finance, and administering FIDIC‑based contracts through final accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor (required).
• 5 years’ work experience as Quantity Surveyor (preferred in Fit-Out).
• Minimum 2 years in the Middle East, UAE/Abu Dhabi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction cost planning and preparation of cost estimations.
• Support Construction Manager/Project Manager during tendering and contract agreements: RFIs, evaluations.
• Prepare initial project cash flow and certify payments with Finance.
• Administer contracts (FIDIC) and manage final accounts.
