Job summary

Wasael Property Management in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control across pre-construction through post‑contract activities in UAE projects. You will develop cost estimates, prepare Bills of Quantities, and ensure governance under FIDIC contracts with robust financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from an established University.
• MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years PQE.
• Secondary degree with Facility Management bias preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction cost estimation and planning across design stages.
• Prepare, review and validate Bills of Quantities from detailed drawings.
• Draft tender documentation and respond to RFIs during tender phase.
• Lead tendering and contract documentation to award the project.
• Monitor cash flow, certify payments, and manage project finances.
• Maintain risk registers and provide cost and contract status reports.
