Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our UAE team on high-profile, multi-sector projects across the Emirates. This post-contract role focuses on commercial contract administration, cost reporting, variations and claims management, with exposure to design and commercial meetings.

The ideal candidate will hold a Quantity Surveying degree, have at least 10 years post-degree experience, and be proficient in CostX or similar QS software, with strong English writing skills

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 10 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software CostX or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.

Responsibilities

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

Post Contract

• Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.

About you

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 10 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
