Job summary

AtkinsRéalis are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team on newly awarded UAE projects across sectors and locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high-profile projects in the UAE.

Applicants should hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of 10 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management. FIDIC experience, CostX proficiency, and a consultant/client background are essential, with strong English

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
Minimum 10 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
Experience in high-rise office or residential projects.
Experience with consultant and/or client side for at least 4 years.
Knowledge of CostX or similar QS software.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Post-contract commercial administration including re-measurement and interim/final accounts.
Assess payment applications and monthly cost reports.
Manage variations, contractor claims, provisional sums and prime costs.
Oversee insurances, bonds and nominated sub-contractors.
Attend design and commercial meetings.
