AtkinsRéalis in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team on high-profile projects. The role focuses on post-contract commercial management, cost control and value optimization across mixed-use and high-rise developments.

You will manage re-measurement, interim and final accounts, procurement variations, and cost reporting while coordinating with designers, clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 10 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in High rise office or residential sectors.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in QS software CostX or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial contract administration incl re-measurement and final accounts.
• Assess interim/final payments and monthly cost reports.
• Manage variations, claims, provisional sums, and prime costs.
• Oversee insurances, bonds, and sub-contractors.
• Attend design and commercial meetings.
