Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our UAE team on high-profile, multi-sector projects across the Emirates. This post-contract role focuses on commercial contract administration, cost reporting, variations and claims management, with exposure to design and commercial meetings.

The ideal candidate will hold a Quantity Surveying degree, have at least 10 years post-degree experience, and be proficient in CostX or similar QS software, with strong English writing skills

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 10 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software CostX or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.

Responsibilities

• Post-contract commercial contract administration incl re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.
