Job summary

Atkins Realis Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on UAE projects across sectors. You will manage commercial contracts, re-measurements, interim and final accounts, and cost reporting, coordinating with design and construction teams.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying, has at least 10 years post‑degree experience, and is familiar with FIDIC contracts. Proficiency in CostX and strong written and verbal English are essential.

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.

Qualifications
