Job summary

AECOM in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for a mixed-use development within our PMCM division. You will ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of quality management experience in construction or mixed-use development projects.
• Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and relevant construction quality standards.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and local practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management plans aligned with project specs and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of materials, workmanship, and installations across all project phases.
• Identify quality deviations, document findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and maintain timelines.
• Prepare quality reports and documentation for stakeholders and management review.
