Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project quality management plans aligned with project specifications and applicable industry standards.
• Lead quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the mixed-use development project lifecycle.
• Conduct and coordinate inspections, audits, and testing covering construction materials, workmanship, installations, and completed works.
• Monitor compliance with UAE building codes, applicable regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and relevant construction quality requirements.
• Identify quality deviations and non-conformances and ensure findings are accurately documented.
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and reduce recurrence.
• Work with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality concerns while supporting project delivery requirements.
• Prepare quality reports, performance metrics, audit records, and supporting documentation for management and project stakeholders.
• Lead quality meetings and provide technical guidance to project personnel regarding quality requirements and established practices.
• Identify quality-related project risks and develop mitigation measures aimed at preventing defects and rework.
• Coordinate with design teams and consultants to clarify technical specifications and resolve quality-related design or construction concerns.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 15 years of quality management experience in construction or mixed-use development projects.
• Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control methodologies and processes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and relevant construction quality standards.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and local construction practices.
• Experience using quality management systems and documentation software.
• Demonstrated experience conducting construction inspections, quality audits, and testing protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with close attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and quality documentation management skills.
• Proficiency with PMCM software platforms and project management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to make quality-related decisions and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Professional quality management certification such as CQM, ASQ, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience managing quality functions on large-scale or complex construction projects is preferred.

Quality Assurance and Control Scope

The Quality Manager will provide project-wide oversight of quality processes from planning and construction through inspection, testing, documentation, and closeout. The position requires systematic monitoring of materials, workmanship, installations, compliance records, non-conformances, and corrective actions to maintain established project requirements. Close collaboration with project management teams, designers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors is essential to identify quality risks early, resolve technical concerns, reduce defects and rework, and maintain reliable quality records throughout project delivery.
