Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Manager - QA/QC to oversee all QA/QC functions for our infrastructure operations in Abu Dhabi. You will lead a team of QA/QC professionals, drive continuous improvement, and ensure projects meet the highest quality standards.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to establish benchmarks and CAPA processes. The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in QA/QC, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of QA/QC management experience in infrastructure or construction.
• Proven expertise in QA/QC methodologies, standards and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation.
• Experience with CAPA implementation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage QA/QC policies and protocols for infrastructure projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC specialists with training and feedback.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with specs.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes for improvements.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for stakeholders and regulatory review.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to set quality benchmarks.
• Implement CAPA to address issues and prevent recurrence.
• Manage supplier quality assessments and material/service delivery.
• Optimize QA/QC processes while maintaining high standards.
• Stay current with industry practices and regulatory requirements in infrastructure QA.
