Job summary

AECOM is actively seeking a Site Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to lead on-site activities, ensuring compliance with contract documents, health and safety standards, and coordinating with the contractor to track progress. The role involves daily site records, supervision of works, and ensuring quality management system adherence.

You will perform QA/QC checks, assist in measurements and surveys, and collaborate with the Client’s Project Manager to support project documentation and handover activities,

Qualifications

• Familiarity with project contract documents, drawings and health and safety measures.
• Monitor contractor compliance with contract standards and specifications.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, equipment and resources on site.
• Conduct site supervision and inspections per drawings and specs.
• Liaise with client reps to manage resources, safety and progress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily inspection and progress reports.
• Apply site instructions from RE/ARE and ensure QMS compliance.
• Assist in measurements, surveys and QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with Client Project Manager during site inspections.
• Ensure conformance with local authority standards and HSE on site.
