Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in QA/QC management, preferably within infrastructure or construction.
• Proven expertise in quality assurance methodologies, standards, and established industry practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including interpretation of complex quality data and metrics.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Practical expertise in root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action implementation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and associated documentation practices.
• Experience with testing protocols, inspection procedures, and quality control tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of comprehensive quality reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols for infrastructure project activities.
• Lead and mentor QA/QC specialists, providing technical direction, training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Conduct and oversee inspections, audits, and testing of infrastructure components against project specifications and applicable standards.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, determine root causes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed quality reports, records, and supporting documentation for stakeholders and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other project participants to establish quality benchmarks and acceptance criteria.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and reduce the risk of recurrence.
• Manage vendor and supplier quality assessments to support consistent delivery of compliant materials and services.
• Review and optimize QA/QC processes to improve operational efficiency without compromising quality requirements.
• Monitor developments in infrastructure quality management, including industry practices, technologies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to integrate quality requirements throughout operational and project phases.
