Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a major mixed-use development in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires directing all project phases, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and ensuring budget and schedule compliance.

On-site work is expected, with a strong emphasis on risk management, quality, and governance. Candidates should have 12+ years of relevant experience and PMP certification, with proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of project management experience in mixed-use development or large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of mixed-use project development from planning through completion, maintaining focus on programme, budget, and quality requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets and monitor performance throughout delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, government agencies, and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee site operations and monitor compliance with applicable building codes, safety requirements, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
