Job description

We are currently seeking a talented QA QC Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the Project Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance of all works with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements and applicable standards.
• Review and monitor quality-related submissions, including ITPs, Method Statements and material approvals.
• Monitor quality activities related to precast production, transportation, erection, grouting and finishing works.
• Manage inspections, testing activities, NCRs, corrective actions and quality audits.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, contractors, suppliers and testing laboratories on quality matters.
• Prepare quality reports and monitor project quality performance.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover and close‑out activities.
• Lead and supervise the QA QC team to ensure effective implementation of quality requirements throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of overall experience in construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as QA/QC Manager on large‑scale building or residential projects.
• Proven experience in precast concrete construction, including production, erection, grouting, and finishing works.
• Experience in large‑scale villa developments or mass housing projects is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ISO 9001, ITPs, NCRs, audits, and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
