Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years total experience in construction.
• 5+ years UAE construction experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, NCRs, and Method Statements.
• Experience on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Project Quality Control Plan.
• Conduct inspections of civil and structural works for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation: IRs, ITPs, NCRs, QA reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
• Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor the Project Quality Control Plan Conduct inspections of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and quality standards Prepare review and maintain quality documentation including Inspection Requests IRs Method Statements ITPs NCRs and quality reports Coordinate with consultants clients subcontractors and site teams for inspections and approvals Identify quality issues investigate root causes and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with relevant international standards local regulations and project quality requirements Monitor material approvals testing activities and laboratory reports Support project audits and ensure all quality records are maintained accurately Provide guidance to site engineers and QA QC staff to achieve project quality objectives
