The Role

We are looking for **experienced and ambitious Senior Property Consultants** to join our growing team.

You will manage your own clients, generate new business, work with buyers, sellers, and landlords, negotiate transactions, and drive deals from lead to closing.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum **2 years of Dubai real estate or sales experience**.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Proven ability to generate and close deals independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, target-driven and commercially minded.
• Existing client network preferred.
• Confident working in a commission-only environment.
• Ideally based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
