Qualifications

• Strong consulting and advisory skills to assess client needs and recommend property solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present information, negotiate, and build relationships.
• Proven customer service capabilities with responsiveness and professionalism.
• Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets in real estate.
• Solid understanding of Dubai real estate markets, regulations, and transaction processes.
• Senior-level experience in real estate, ideally as a Property Consultant or similar role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients and properties.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, listing platforms, and standard office software.
• Relevant education or professional certifications in real estate or business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
