You will combine deep technical knowledge of construction chemical products with proven project sales and business development experience. The role focuses on tile adhesives, waterproofing, resin flooring, and related systems, requiring strong knowledge of product applications and specifications.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project sales experience in construction chemicals.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction chemical products.
• Proven track record managing large fit-out projects.
• Exposure to fit-out contractors and consultants.
• Experience with consultant-led specifications and product approvals.
• Proven ability to blend technical support with business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new accounts with fit-out contractors and consultants.
• Drive portfolio sales across construction chemical categories.
• Build and maintain a project pipeline with consultants and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with consultants to secure product approvals and inclusion in specs.
• Deliver technical presentations, product training, and trials.
• Explain product applications and benefits to contractors and consultants.
• Support customers with guidance on product selection and technical recommendations.
• Track opportunities using project management tools and follow commercial policies.
• Share market feedback to drive product improvements.
• Contribute to business plans through account development and pipeline expansion.
