Client of WhiteCrow Research is seeking a senior construction Project Manager to execute BTS projects in Dubai, ensuring alignment with the approved business plan, budget, quality standards, and delivery procedures. The role requires strong coordination with design, procurement and contracts teams to drive on-time completion and handover.

The candidate should have a deep understanding of UAE building codes, regulatory approvals, and authority interfaces, with extensive site execution and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/architectural engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years in construction and project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate large-scale real estate projects from initiation to handover.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules; manage risks and changes.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and authorities for approvals and close-out.
