Job summary

BK Gulf is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager - Project in Dubai, UAE. You will lead all commercial, contractual, and financial management activities to maximize project value while protecting the company from risks, with extensive MEP project experience and oversight of subcontract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (QS, civil engineering or law).
• 12+ years of commercial management experience, including 7+ years in senior project commercial leadership in GCC/Gulf region.
• MRICS/appropriate chartership preferred; Master’s in Construction Law or LLM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and administer main contract (FIDIC or bespoke) to protect contractual rights.
• Lead variation and change management; secure agreement of Variation Orders.
• Oversee monthly progress applications, valuation, and payment collection.
• Manage commercial relationships with Client, Consultant, Engineer, and stakeholders.
• Lead risk management, CVR reporting, and commercial governance across the project.
