Atkins Realis Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the construction phase of luxury hotel and high-rise residential developments in Ras Al Khaimah. You will mobilize teams, develop schedules and budgets, coordinate design and MEP integration, and drive delivery milestones from mobilization through handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in construction, project management, or engineering roles.
• Experience delivering ultra-luxury hospitality or branded residence projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction phase for luxury hotel and high-rise projects from mobilization to handover.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, resources and milestones; manage interfaces.
• Coordinate design, structural, MEP, finishes and QA to ensure compliance with specs.
• Manage stakeholders, run progress meetings and report performance and risks.
• Oversee safety, quality, risk controls and contract administration.
• Support close-out, testing, commissioning and knowledge transfer.
