AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior leader to deliver large-scale high-rise, mixed-use and villa developments in the UAE. You will oversee design, construction, and commercial teams, acting as the primary interface with clients and authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 25+ years of major project experience, governance expertise, and a proven track record in the Middle East market. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• 25+ years delivering major building projects in the UAE/Middle East.
• Proven track record leading large, multidisciplinary teams and high-value portfolios.
• Strong governance, commercial management, contracts, and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep understanding of design, construction, and delivery best practices in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex high-rise, mixed-use, and villa developments.
• Act as primary interface with clients, investors, authorities and stakeholders.
• Establish governance, delivery strategies, risk frameworks, and metrics.
• Oversee design, project management, commercial, and construction functions.
• Drive commercial success through contract administration and cost control.
• Mentor senior project leaders and support business growth through client engagement.
