AtkinsRéalis in Dubai seeks a seasoned Resident Engineer/Construction Manager to oversee high-profile landmark projects across the UAE. The role focuses on delivering luxury hotels, airports and cultural facilities with exceptional finishes, complex façades and coordinated multi-discipline interfaces.

You will lead on-site supervision, ensure adherence to design and regulatory standards, and drive timely delivery while managing safety, quality, and budget performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years in construction supervision and delivery, with 8+ years in UAE/GCC.
• Experience as Resident Engineer or Construction Manager on landmark developments.
• Proven track record delivering luxury hotels, airports, museums, cultural facilities or iconic mixed-use projects.
• Strong expertise in architectural finishes, façade systems, curtain walling, cladding.
• Deep understanding of UAE building regulations and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead site supervision and construction management for major landmark developments.
• Ensure delivery per design docs, specs, quality standards, budgets and schedules.
• Oversee architectural, structural, MEP, façade, cladding and fit-out works.
• Provide technical leadership on premium finishes and façade systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and client reps.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Manage testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities.
• Lead meetings and executive presentations for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Resolve complex construction challenges on large-scale projects.
