Job summary
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Buildings in Abu Dhabi with proven experience delivering large-scale villa communities and complex construction programs. You will lead planning, risk management, commercial performance, and client engagement, coordinating design, site delivery and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and value for the client.
The role requires strong leadership, a degree in construction management or civil engineering, and minimum 15 years of mega project
Qualifications
- 15 years total experience in megaprojects.
- Senior leadership experience on large-scale projects.
- Degree in construction management or civil engineering; professional membership/chartership preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, and master programme content.
- Chair risk meetings and implement mitigation measures.
- Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communications.
- Oversee commercial management, budget control and value management.
- Coordinate design teams, site delivery, and contractor/supervisor interactions.
- Drive progress through progress meetings and contract administration oversight.
- Promote business development opportunities and support client engagement.
