Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Project Manager – Buildings with 15+ years in Real Estate and Cost Management. You will lead post-contract delivery, interface between client and delivery teams, and drive value-add decisions across projects in the Middle East.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong negotiation skills, and a track record on high-end real estate projects from inception to completion, preferably with a leading PMC and Abu Dhabi experience.

Qualifications

15 years post qualification experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inputs of project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate building services design and execution across engineering, architectural and civil/structural disciplines.
Initiate and manage building services designs to meet budget and schedule.
Provide strategic planning for phasing of infrastructure works and approvals.
Support tender assessment, negotiation and award of contracts.
Manage site planning and coordination issues and technical coordination meetings.
Oversee site works per Baseline Programme and QA/QC protocols.
