The role requires managing all aspects of project execution from mobilization through testing, commissioning and handover, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or project management.
• Strong experience delivering high-rise, luxury hospitality, or branded residence projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction phase of hotel and residential high-rise projects from mobilization to handover.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design conformity and quality.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize cost and schedule impacts.
• Oversee structural, architectural, MEP works, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, forecasts, and management information.
