Job summary

NSR Associates in Abu Dhabi seeks a hands-on Senior Project Manager to support the Project Director as the on-site number two, guiding delivery from construction through handover. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience delivering major building projects, including at least 5 years in a Senior Project Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record on high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality or large commercial developments from construction through handover.
• Strong understanding of project planning, contract administration, commercial management and stakeholder coordination.
• UAE or GCC project experience preferred, with excellent leadership, communication and team management capabilities.
