Job summary

NSR Associates in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Construction Programme Manager to lead complex projects from inception to handover. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure HSE compliance while maintaining strong client relations.

The role emphasizes contract administration, planning, and UAE regulations, with PMP certification preferred. A track record delivering major developments worth hundreds of millions AED is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven track record of delivering major building or mixed-use developments as No2 or leading smaller schemes from start to finish (min 300 million AED).
• A true all round Project Manager with strong delivery skills but also well versed in contract administration, planning, HSE and UAE construction regulations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with PMP certification preferred.
