Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the UAE to lead flagship projects from mobilization through handover. The role requires delivering large-scale industrial logistics, warehouses and commercial developments under tight schedules while ensuring compliance with contracts, quality, and HSE standards.

The candidate should possess a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years in construction, with 3+ years UAE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years total construction experience.
• 3 years UAE experience managing large construction projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution from mobilization to final handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including Civil, Structural, Infrastructure, Utilities, MEP, QA/QC and HSE.
• Interface with the Client, Consultant, Authorities, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead weekly and monthly progress meetings and prepare executive project progress reports.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, procurement strategy, long-lead items and resource allocation.
• Drive project recovery plans where required to protect milestones and delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, contract requirements, HSE standards and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review variations and cost control measures and protect the company’s contractual position.
• Mentor project managers, engineers and site teams to strengthen performance and accountability.

The role requires proven experience delivering large-scale industrial logistics warehouse structural steel infrastructure and commercial developments in the UAE under fast-track schedules and stringent client and consultant requirements.
