Job summary

XAD Technologies LTD is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil Construction) to lead various construction projects from planning to completion in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, cost estimation, budgeting, and site operations with a strong understanding of UAE regulations.

The position requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in civil construction, including at least six years in the UAE as a Project Manager. Candidates with a DM G+12 / Unlimited License will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in cost estimation, tendering, budgeting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations.
