Job summary

KONE in Dubai seeks a Project Manager to lead scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects, reporting to the Head of Delivery Operations - Dubai. You will coordinate with customers, internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction and sustained profitability.

Responsibilities include proactive stakeholder management, integrated planning, risk mitigation, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the elevator industry.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for assigned project(s) in Dubai.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead full-chain project planning and monitoring, and ensure safety policies.
• Oversee project start-up, reviews, reporting, and governance.
• Ensure effective communication of project status to management and customer.
• Drive handover quality to Sales-to-Operations and project close activities.
