Job summary

Otis L.L.C. on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, seeks a seasoned project leader to manage large-scale elevator and escalator installation projects from planning through commissioning and handover.

You will oversee project lifecycle, coordinate with engineering, planning, logistics, and safety teams, optimize resources, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Otis policies and local regulations. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering, 10+ years on Otis high-rise projects, and PMI/

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership.
• Certifications such as CCM or PMP preferred.
• 10+ years of experience on OTIS Highrise projects; total experience around 20 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management for large-scale installation projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, logistics, procurement, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC compliance and regulatory requirements across projects.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and weekly site reviews to drive on-time delivery.
